Thankful Thursday

Hey blogland! I've been a busy lady and needed some extra R & R from all the miles I've been logging. I have definitely forgotten how hard it can be to get all the miles in and work and scratch your dog's belly while training for a marathon. Whew! Thank God for Epsom salt, compression socks (finally got some), and ice!

Since I got to hang with my old buddy from college Ryan this past weekend we had a nice little car concert on the way to Gainesville. Ryan and I have very similar taste in music and it's eclectic to say the least. I was super stoked when he introduced me to some new artists and music that I am officially jamming too. (Thanks Ryan for the new tune-age!)

I personally feel that music can come in all shapes and sizes and doesn't have to be your typical instruments and some dude with long hair screaming his fool head off (although some of that is good too). If it's got a beat, makes your move, or moves your soul - it counts as music. As the late, great Freddie Mercury said "I'm just a musical prostitute, my dear."

Thus today I am thankful for new music! I'm also thankful for oldies that I just can't get enough of. I have the song titles and artists below. If you click on the title it'll take you to a youtube video. I apologize for the dumb ads.

1. Tightrope. Janelle Monae ft. Big Boi - Um, hello? Big Boi and big horns and Miss Monae's voice. Nuff said. This song is super fun.

2. Pon De Floor. Major Lazer. Ok, so I didn't post the actual video because it's very scandalous. In fact I dare you to google it yourself and watch it. Dare you. Triple dog dare.

3. 1901. Phoenix. You'll probably recognize this song from some car commercial. Good band though and the other songs I've heard by them are good too.

4. Jar of Hearts. Christina Perri. Yeah, you knew it was coming didn't you? Here's the ballad. Get out your tissues. Actually I first heard this song on So You Think You Can Dance and thought now there's a good break-up song.

5. Age of Consent. New Order. And yeah, you knew this was coming too, didn't you? Here's the 80's song. I had heard this song before Ryan and I had our road trip and didn't realize how old it was. Ryan and I dubbed this our road trip opening credits song. Hahaha. Yep, we are pretty cheesy that way. *Roll opening credits*

6. Valerie. Mark Ronson ft. Amy Winehouse. First of all, you must get past the dumb intro on this video and get to the song. Second of all, no, that's not Amy Winehouse. Apparently her drunk ass couldn't get to the video production spot. And lastly, yes this song is old, but I love it and felt the need to share it with you. Enjoy! (And Amy for the love of God get right! You have talent!)

7. Takin' it to the streets. The Doobie Brothers. Now how did this get in here? I must confess I am a nerdy Doobie Brothers fan. I also love Michael McDonald. Blue-eyed soul rocks my world. Don't judge me.

8. Scarred. Luke. This is the all out booty song of all booty songs. My roommate and I think it's sounds a little like they have turrets. I don't care though. This song makes me shake what my mama gave me. (It's explicit. I warned you.)

9. Handlesbars. Flobots. This song is weird, I'll be the first to admit it. But for some reason I love it. It gets stuck in my head. I can ride a bike with no handlebars...

10. I'm pretty sure most of you have seen the other videos by OK Go but if not I've posted a new one below. And of course, it's awesome. I've posted it below for your viewing pleasure.

So, what songs are you thankful for today?

Fresh Air Fund Needs YOU!

Hey kiddies! I just wanted to post about a cool thing that the Fresh Air Fund is doing. I'm totally late on this as the last day to sign up is... TOMORROW. (Bad blogger! Bad!)

The Fresh Air Fund needs runners and sponsors for their team for the NYC Marathon on November 7th. How freakin' cool would it be to run the NYC Marathon anyway? This way you can run AND be a do gooder.

Since 1877 The Fresh Air Fund has provided free summer experiences in the country to more than 1.7 million New York City children from disadvantaged communities. Each year, thousands of children visit volunteer host families in 13 states and Canada through the Friendly Town Program or attend one of five Fresh Air Fund camps.

Seem like a fit for you? Go HERE.

Potential

Ever feel like you don't run to your potential? I'm kind of going through that right now. I think it's one part scared to go out too fast and one part sheer laziness. Yes, that's right. Laziness. I have run three marathons and one half marathon to date but I still feel like a lazy runner sometimes.

I like chatting. I like running comfortably. But I also like the feeling you get after you are completely, one hundred percent spent. I usually feel this way after track or 5K's because my cardio gets the best workout. Thus why I love speed work. I obviously feel this way after long runs too.

Lately I've been taking it easy because I'm coming off an injury and that's fine by me. But in general I feel like I have yet to really tap into my potential as a runner. When I started running, which wasn't too long ago, I let my speed come naturally. And for the most part, I have not plateaued yet, but I know that I can work harder.

Coach EK and I have been talking about my running goals after MCM and the Ragnar Relay. I would like to get faster, plain and simple. I know that just finishing any race is a huge accomplishment and believe me, I encourage everyone to race, run, or walk regardless of pace. It just seems that now that I have some more experience under my belt it's time to step up my game. If I get through MCM and Ragnar injury free then that's what I shall do.

All of the above said I had one of the best weekends ever. I ran my 20 miler and while the last five miles were very tough, I finished it. I even ran it a bit faster than normal, which is probably why the last five had me cursing like a truck driver in my head.

After the run, I went to the UF vs Kentucky football game with a good friend from college. And I may or may not have had several beers. And Irish Car Bombs. And chomped my fool head off. It was just like back in the day when I was in college. Except that my legs were sore from running and I was D-O-N-E by eleven PM. Hahaha. When did I get so old?

Go Gators!

I hope you all had great weekends and great runs.

Thankful Thursday: Ragnar Help

(Van peeps raising the roof)
I'm pretty sure that I have mentioned how much I love Ragnar. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a relay that's held in several states and as part of team you run across whichever state you sign up for.

Last year I had the BEST time ever on my Ragnar team and I'm soooooo looking foward to doing it again. Me, Red (Caution: Redhead Running), is on the same team and that pretty much equals madness.

I am super thankful to be able to do this race that this is what I'm thankful for today. I'm also thankful that my team, Half Nuts, is full at this time.

That hardest part about Ragnar is finding 12 people who are crazy enough to run across the state. Thus, my running friends need some help.

Currently there are teams that have some slots available for the Florida Central Ragnar Relay (November 19 - 20) and I am putting this out there to see if anyone wants to join a team. There are obviously some costs involved and I can give you all the details if you like.

The teams are all different and here's how they break down:

Ultra Team: 6 Runners Only so it means 23 or more miles. Coach EK is on this team.

40+ Masters Team: Coach Tom is on this team and you must be 40 years or older to be on this one. I think they specifically need a female to round out the team.

Regular Mixed Team: I'm pretty sure they have more than one spot available.

(To learn more about Ragnar go HERE.)

If any of you peeps is interested, either let me know in the comments or via email. It really is a fun time. Be prepared to be a little sleepy and punch drunk at the end. The best part is that you get to run on a team and work toward a group goal where as we are normally so focused on our own finish times. I can also attest that these teams are already made up of fun, mostly normal folks.

What are you thankful for today?

It's Only Running: Guest Post by Coach EK

Hey everyone, it's Coach EK, guest blogging once again. This time, I want to take a slightly different look at one of my favorite activities that does not involve railroad tracks (long story - different obsession).

It's only Running.

It's a hobby. It's a release. It's a de-stresser (if that's a word). It's health.
It's friendships. It's camaraderie. It's shared experiences. It's love and loss.

It's only Running.

It's teamwork. It's solo expeditions. It's happy memories. It's sad memories.
It's enjoyment. It's sweat. It's pounds lost. It's logbooks. It's magazines.

It's only Running.

It's laps around a track. It's miles in the woods. It's exploring urban landscapes.
It's starting before sunrise. It's starting after sunset. It's all the time in between.

It's only Running.

It's new shoe smell. It's clean running clothes. It's dirty running clothes. It's Febreze.
It's hats. It's visors. It's cool sunglasses. It's gloves and scarves in the winter.

It's only Running.

It's dirt. It's sand. It's hills. It's asphalt. It's rocks and roots and trails.
It's rain. It's wind. It's snow. It's cold. It's heat. It's thunder. It's rainbows.

It's only Running.

If it becomes more than any of the above, take a breath, then take a step back and remember,

It's Only Running.

Tired legs and that other thing

I'm going to offer all of you fair warning about this post. The first portion can be deemed unisex while the second portion is for the fairer sex. I'll let you dudes know when we get there so you can avert your eyes. Seriously, if you are squeamish about the lady bidness, then look away. And don't complain about not being warned. I'll even give you a link to go look at instead. Ok? Here we go.

Unisex:
My legs are tired. I am realizing now that I jumped up in mileage a lot more quickly than I have in the past and am just feeling fatigued. This morning on my little five miler it took them about two miles to warm up. Those crazy people that run three miles before a 5K are starting look a bit more sane to me actually.

I got some compression socks (sexy, sexy) and have planned an ice bath after tomorrow's medium long run. I may have to nix the two miler I have scheduled with my sis this Friday (Sorry E!) cause I have a 20 miler slated for Saturday.

I'm trying to remember if my legs felt this tired during the last marathon cycle but I can't. I guess I better check the blog history to see what I was saying during that time. I'm hoping it's just because I hit forty miles last week and that's where it's stemming from.

Fairer Sex (Dudes, go here)

Ok, so normally I don't complain about the monthly visit. But this month I screwed up the BC and have had every single freakin' symptom a girl can have. I've felt bloated, tired, weepy, and had headaches and backaches. Don't even get me started on the CRAMPS. Kill me now.

Unlike the elite runners who don't get the ol' visit anymore cause they have no body fat, my frenemy is here every month punching me in the baby maker. The odd thing though is that prior to the run I feel like poo, then during the run I'm ok, then after the run it's back to poo. I thought running was supposed to lessen the symptoms?

If it's possible to O.D. on Midol, I'm strongly in the running (no pun intended) for it. I just felt the need to share this with the ladies because quite honestly, we deserve a little bit of respect for getting out there and running, and working out, and going to work, and all of the above all while in pain. In our fat pants. Eating chocolate.

Of course we've all been dealing with it since puberty but it still just plain sucks. The alternatives (for me at least) of being preggers or hot flashin' don't sound much better so I'll try to accept it for what purpose it serves. (It still sucks though.)

I'm sure some of you are those "I don't get the cramps" ladies and basically I am so jealous of you. Just be thankful you don't.

And if any dudes made it to the end of this post, I warned you.

Lovely weekend

Happy Sunday my friends! I hope you all had lovely weekends. I know I did.

I got my 16 miler done, and while I didn't feel super strong during, I made it through and had the most delicious breffast after. We typically head to Panera but yesterday we ran on Bayshore. Fun fact: Bayshore is the world's longest continuous sidewalk (thanks to Speedy Jess for that!). Since our route was different we headed to a favorite local breakfast spot where I filled up on pancakes, bacon, and eggs. *Inner fat girl dies and goes to heaven.*

Post run and shower I headed to Orlando for a baby shower. I am not sure what happened, but as soon as I turned 30 everyone I know got pregnant. I have baby showers coming out the wazoo. And while I love the babies and my friends, I ain't drinking the water. Just sayin'.

Since I was in the land of outlets I had to stop at lululemon. Can I just say that I am in love with that store? Yes? Ok. I am in love with that store. I'm even happier that there is an outlet. My only gripe is that the sizes I need must be the popular sizes cause the pickens was slim. I did get a cute outfit but had they more stuff in my size, I would have bought a lot more. So, perhaps they just did my checking account a favor.

I got my four mile recovery in this morning and followed it up with about two hours of girl talk with Hollster and P-Funk. And now it's so freakin' gorgeous outside I must head to the pool.

Ta ta.

***Correction to Thursday's post. Brian (whose name is actually Chris, but nicknamed Brian, long story) helped pace me on two 800's. I left this out in error. And wanted to say thanks and sorry for neglecting to give credit where it was due. Coach EK also hopped in on a few as well. Thanks dudes.***

American Pie

This one time at band camp....

Just kidding.

I never went to band camp. I was cool.

Just kidding.

Band kids were cool. Just look at those drummers from FAMU. They are off the hizzy. (google The Urban Dictionary if you need help on that one.)

Speaking of American Pie (good segue way there, dontcha think?), last night I ran track at a local area high school. It was great. The weather was cool(ish), the running group was all out, and the smell of pie wafted through the air as I toiled round and round.

Unfortunately, it was not the delicious smell of apple pie, but the smell of cow pie.

Yeah, the track I run at has a very large Ag department and the animals are housed down wind from the track. Good times.

I made it through five Yasso 800's and am pretty pleased with them overall. While my ever faithful pacing partner P-Funk (say that three times fast) was not there to help me, I did an okay job of pacing myself. Of course the first one was waaaaay too fast, but I learned my lesson and slowed a bit for the remaining four.

I love track.

If you can't tell this post has no real rhyme or reason so just go with me here.

It's a step down week for me so I've got 16 on deck for tomorrow.

Happy Friday!

Dueces.

Thankful Thursday

Yesterday morning as I headed out for my seven mile medium-long run I noticed a change in the air. It was cooler and less humid. I could actually breathe without feeling like I was drowning. As I finished my run I looked down and realized I was running really well and didn't feel too exhausted. And of course all of these things signaled the coming of Fall. Well, as much as we Floridians get.

Anyway as I thought about Fall and all the fun it brings. I, of course, became most excited about the coming of my favorite holiday, Halloween. I know we are a little ways out still but I love Halloween and have already decorated my place. (The wall spiders did their job of scaring the ba-jeebus out of my roommate. Heh.)

Not only do I love to decorate for Halloween but I also love to watch scary movies and dark movies with a twist. So when I came home from work yesterday to my lovely spooktacular abode I felt in the mood to watch a movie. And guess what? I couldn't decide which one to watch. And what's even more is that all the ones I wanted to watch were by the same dude.

Tim Burton.

(Oh yes, now she's getting to the point.)

From Beeltejuice to Alice in Wonderland to The Corpse Bride, I love Tim Burton. And I love his collective body of work. While I could do without Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the original is better), the rest remain favorites. I even love Pee Wee's Big Adventure and Mars Attacks!.

Today my fiends, er I mean friends, I am thankful for Tim Burton. And that Johnny Depp can not only act his fine ass off, but the man can sing too. Oh and let's not forget Helena Bonham Carter, she is so eerily weird and awesome. And of course Danny Elfman. Thank you Mr. Burton for bringing 'em all together.

What are you all thankful for today?

An open letter to Mother Nature

Dear Mother Nature,

Why do you hate me? First is was those effing squirrels playing chicken with me, then it was that USMA (Unidentifiable Small Animal), and now you have resorted to using your army of Kamikaze ants to attack me.

While I'm sure that training these ants to jump off tall weeds and onto my legs is no small feat, I'd really rather they didn't. I now have a trail of ant bites on my shin. As we all know, one of the reasons to run is to have great legs. Now, I just look like a post chicken pock victim.

I recycle. I reuse. I occasionally car-pool. I even wash the plastic silverware I use at work instead of throwing it away! What gives?

I hope you aren't still pissed at all that AquaNet I used for my sweet teased bangs in middle school. I stopped that long ago and switched to the stupid non-aerosol hairspray that gets all stopped up and sticky. Just for you! In fact, I even made my poor mother create a compost heap in our front yard to be more environmentally friendly.

Alas, I wish we could have a cease fire Mother Nature. I sincerely apologize for any wrong doing and wish we could go back to being friends. After all, I probably spend more time outdoors than all non-runners that I know. And that means, I am out there, enjoying your splendor.

Please call off the Kamikaze ants, the effing squirrels, and the USMAs. Can't we all just get along?

Sincerely,

B.o.B., Nature Lover
(Well, nature appreciator, I won't get too far ahead of myself here.)

Discombobulated 18

Happy Sunday peeps! I got in my 18 miler yesterday and overall it was a good run. However, as per usual, I was discombobulated.

I ran out of Gu's last week and kept meaning to buy more, but it just kept slipping my mind. And sure enough, I woke up Saturday AM without any. Fail. I emailed Coach EK and he graciously brought me some Hammer Gels. Note to self: Hammer Gels give you the PC's there B.o.B., no more Hammer Gels.

I set up the coolers prior to the run so we had water and Gatorade out but I left my Nuun waters in my car and forgot about them until mile 9. Fail. Note to self: B.o.B., you would lose your head were it not attached.

Upon completion of the 18 miler I headed to one of the K's cars to pick up my stuff and take off my shoes. I was sweating like a hostage and my shoes were soaked. All I wanted were my squishy, soft Nike flippy floppies. But alas, I had forgotten to get the car key from K and for some reason when she went to unlock it as she passed, it didn't unlock. No flippies for me until she finished her additional two miles. Fail. Note to self: You're an idiot sometimes. LOL!

Of course the main thing in all of this is that I finished the 18 miler Wonky-free and had a most fabulous Saturday. Succeed.

Although my alma mater (UCF) lost, my favorite college team, the Gators, won (even though they were a bit shaky the first half, I admit) and I went shopping (got some cute Sperry's) and had din-din with the fam (Cheesecake Factory = yummy fat kid heaven).

I'm getting a much needed massage this afternoon and am starting to feel a wee bit more confident about MCM. Fingers crossed people!

Ta ta.

Thankful Thursday

It's been a while since I did an entire Thankful Thursday list and I'm feeling pretty dang thankful these days. I told all the buttheads off in my thanks to Cee Lo Green and am now just putting out the thank you vibes for all the good that I do have in my life. Really when I sit back and look at - life is good!

Things I'm thankful for in no particular order:

1. I have a job! Even when days are dumb and people are dumb and tasks are dumb. I HAVE A J-O-B! I can pay bills and even buy frivolous stuff every now and again.

2. My friends and family rule. I know I've said this one before but it bears repeating.

3. I can run! We all know how awesome running is and I'm just thankful for it as stress release, endorphin release, and not to mention all of the health benefits.

4. Mmmmm chocolate chip cookies. Yeah, this one is totally different from the first three but I had some cookie cake recently and it was the bomb. I'm just happy the dang things were invented.

5. Salons. Got my herr did and I love the post hair cut and color feeling. I'm bouncing all around pretending I'm in a Pantene commercial. People must think there is something wrong with my neck.

6. A pretty awesome summer! Thus far this summer I went to New York, the beach with Red, dancing with P-Funk, completed my first triathlon, got a promotion, went to a Jack Johnson concert, and ran Thru Hell (5K). All excellent!

7. That job I mentioned got better coffee makers. Free good coffee = better way to start the day.

8. Ragnar!!! It's just around the corner and I LOVE my team.

9. Halloween!!! It's just around the corner and I LOVE it.

10. Working at the concert venue again soon. I like the extra money, but I think the free shows are worth more.

11. Whipeout. Best. Show. Ever. (No plot + people falling down = Mindless child like laughter)

12. Beer. I don't know what it is about summer but it makes me love a nice cold beer. Jamoosh can surely vouch for this and even tell you the best one for summer. What say you J?

13. Sesame Street. No idea why this one popped in here, but I do love me some Cookie Monster and The Count (he loved a list too). C is for Cookie...

14. Heart shaped Post It Notes. Yeah, I'm that girl at the office but I can't help it. They make me happy and I always know if the note is from me. No pinning your work on this heart shaped post it havin' lady beeches!

15. Possibilities.

What are you thankful for today?

Top 10 Reasons for Running Alone

This morning I headed out for my four miler Han Solo. That means alone. The rest of my group was running Gangster Hills (GH) and well, the GH aren't ready for another show down just yet.

Yup, I'm yeller.

GH is where Old Wonky hangs out and I'm not ready for a re-match. I'd rather get the MCM and be slow then get there and be hurt. Know what I'm sayin'?

Anyway, I decided I'd hit the road all by my lonesome and having not run alone in quite some time I forgot how delightful it can be. Of course, I love my BRA friends and feel safer with a group, but the run by oneself can be nice every now and again.

And so I am now obligated to write a list. Yay Lists! Without further ado, the Top 10 Reasons for Running Alone *queue Paul Shaffer drum roll*

10. You tend to run faster from not jabber jawing the entire run.

9. You can tell bad jokes and not fear the silence, since you can laugh your fool head off. *Sigh* Yes, I laugh at my own jokes. Don't judge me.

8. If you gotta stop for #1, #2 or #3 (the combo of #1 & #2), you don't feel bad about making someone else stop.

7. Pace schmace. Run however the heck you feel!

6. No awkward silence.

5. Singing along to an iPod is acceptable since you are alone and won't make someone else's ears bleed. (Wait. Is this just me?)

4. You can stare at roadkill as long as you want and no one is around to think you are weird. (Just me again, huh?)

3. You can go all deep thoughts and ish. Like today I was totally thinking about life and how awesome it would be to get new black heels. And maybe a kitten. Oh and how I should have a Halloween party.

2. You notice your surroundings and nature a bit more and that's always nice.

1. Fart away! No one can hear you!

See?

Seriously though, I really enjoyed my little four miler. I ran it at almost a tempo pace and felt great when I finished. I don't want to do 10 milers alone, but four or five I can see me doing again sometime soon.

I hope you all had lovely holiday weekends! I got to see my Boo Bear (the Redhead) and hopefully she'll send me some dang pics soon cause the ones I took are turds.

Ta ta beeches.

Hello walls

Just a quick little post here to report that I completed 16 miles today. Me and the Two K's started early for 6 and then the rest of the BRA joined in for 10. I started feeling it in my legs at about mile 8 and I remembered the fabulous wall trick.

When I first started running I believe V told me about this trick and it works wonders. Basically you scooch (is that an actual word?) your booty as close to a wall as possible and put your legs straight up. Stay in this position for 15 minutes. It apparently helps the blood circulate and with it, the lactic acid. It really helps with the soreness. Try. (See below. Don't my blue toesies look cute? Just in time for GATOR football.)

Be warned though. When you do this, your dog may think it's play time. (See below again.)

Have a great Saturday kids. And bonus to those who know the song that my blog title refers to....

My Boo

Happy Friday! My gosh I thought this weekend would never arrive. It was taking FOOOR-EEEV-EEER *said like that kid from The Sandlot*. I'm pretty freakin' pumped about the weekend I have planned.

Before I get into that I'd just like to make mention that I made it through some speed work last night and feel great today. I did some Yasso 800's and am thrilled to be back at it. You all know how I love the track....I like speed work and I cannot lie.....

Now for the weekend I am soooooooooo excited cause my BOO BEAR, the Redhead, is coming to town. It makes me wanna sing "Reunited and it feels so goo-ood." Ah yes, I get to see my best little running buddy and hit the beach with her and some friends. Let the awesomeness commence.

Of course prior to beach day, I've got 16 miles with my name on them. Yikes! I'm a bit nervous (as per usual), but I look forward to the 16 miles of fun with new running bud K and of course, all the running buds from the BRA.

And since it's a long weekend, I'm gonna go dancing, tubing down a river, and quite possibly shopping. You all know how I do.

I hope you all have great weekends and a great holiday. I leave you with this......for no other reason than it makes me laugh.

Thankful Thursday: The EFF YOU Edition

Now, you all know that I am a pretty positive person, or at least I try to be. But, like everyone, I have my moments. I get those moments where I want to tell people EFF YOU!

Normally, I stick to my favorite expression "there is always less traffic on the high road." And I have certainly found this to be true. Sometimes it's just really not worth it, especially when dealing with morons. This thought process also goes along with the whole "you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar" and there's the ever popular Golden Rule. I personally pride myself on being a good person. (Except during a big clearance sale, or race, or bufftet, then it's every man for himself!) I'm actually a firm believer that most people are good. Most. Honestly, I don't understand people who get off on being A-holes or Bee-otches. I prefer kindness, but then again, I can be a little bit too nice sometimes. I digress.

Like I said before though, I do get the Bee-Otch moments. But I usually feel bad about it and instantly regret anything crappy I did or said.

However.....

Every now and again, when I get the gumption or someone really, truly pisses me off, I must let the old EFF YOU out. Usually, the best way to piss me off is to be cruel or mean to a family member, friend, animal, or the "little guy." I used to get myself in trouble a lot for sticking up for the little guy. (Actually, I got my house egged the crap out of in high school one time because I told some dudes to shut it while they were picking on a female classmate. My mom's still pissed about it all these years later.)

Anyway, for some reason lately, I've been feeling the urge to yell EFF YOU! I think it's a work stress thing rearing it's ugly head, in addition to fantasizing about people who I should have probably said it to and didn't. Oh, and also I need to increase my mileage to relieve a bit more of that stress (I had to throw in running somewhere).

But thanks to Cee Lo Green (you know him from Gnarls Barkley & Goodie Mob), that urge is passing as I just pop this song on the old iPod and suddenly I am simultaneously telling everyone EFF YOU! In fact, I'm singing it at the top of my lungs. And you know what? I feel great when the song ends. So good in fact, I play the damn thing again.

Today, I am thankful for Cee Lo Green and his expletive filled lyrics. The song just makes me laugh. And yes, curse.

Watch the video below and feel free to sing it loud and proud. (Just make sure no kiddies or co-workers are around when you play it.)

What are you thankful for today?
