Thankful Thursday

For about three years now I have seen one of my best friend's and her husband struggle to have a baby. It's been heartbreaking. You know how you sometimes see people and think "Wow, those people would be amazing parents and should totally be pro-creating." And then sometimes you see others and think...well..not so much. My friends are the first set. Great people, who would make fantastic parents.

Well last night my friends finally got their baby. They adopted her and she is absolutely beautiful. Not only is she perfect, but she is so lucky. She was wanted so much and has been blessed to be with two wonderful, loving parents and people. Plus, her Auntie B.o.B. is going to spoil her rotten!

Today, I am thankful for Madeline. You can read my their adoption story here.

What are you thankful for today?

I am crying too!!!

I am thankful for Autumn and Jay, and their loving parents, for guiding them through a most difficult time and bringing a blessing into this world. Thank you for sharing their story. ALL of those families are an inspiration, and as the mother of four, it is lesson to those of us who might face the same as parents of teenage boys and girls. I am blown away by the selflessness and love and reception to God's plan. Wow.

Hey B.o.B

I've been lurking for a while but this post has brought me out of hiding ;)

I, like a lot of people, know of similar situations that didn't have such a happy ending so glad to read of one that did.

Keep up the good work here

All the best

Scott

Thanks for dropping by and following B.o.B
I don't have that many followers. You probably noticed that my photo was on that "followers" list, just to pad it out a bit. It's all pretty sad ;)

Anyway, please come to Japan it's something I reckon everyone should do, at least once. I wrote and article for "Runner's Tribe" about it. If you need any more convincing.

By way of reference, I'm a sponsored runner for Ron's "Punk Rock Racing" team. Well, he sent me a cap!

Bye for now
